Zelensky: The armament has started to enter, but it needs to be delivered faster

The delivery of weapons has started, but it needs to be expedited.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says that Russia has taken an aggressive approach by slow-walking the delivery of Western weapons in the war against Ukraine.

A few days later, he mentions that the U.S. Congress has approved a $61 billion military aid package to Ukraine.

Mr. Zelensky stated that some of the aid has been delivered, but emphasized that it needs to be delivered more quickly.

Speaking alongside NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg, he said that it is not too late for Ukraine to win.

Earlier, authorities in the port city of Odessa on the Black Sea said that a Russian missile attack left four dead and 28 wounded.
