According to what has been stated on social media, Farhad Baghbani, a journalist and civil activist, has been sentenced to 18 months in prison by the Branch 3 of the Revolutionary Court in Ahvaz.

He has been accused of promoting against the system by burying one of his friends with the flag of the lion and sun and being a member of the Pan-Iranist Party.

Farhad Baghbani had previously been sentenced to prison in Shahrivar 1390 for being a member of the Pan-Iranist Party.
