The prices of foreign cars have increased in Iran

Prices of imported cars in Iran have increased.

Two days after the attack by the Hamas paramilitary group on Israel, Iranian media reported on the impact of this event on the economy and market in Iran, stating that the prices of various cars have also increased after the prices of foreign currency and gold.

Economy Online, in a report published on Monday, announced that the prices of imported Japanese cars have significantly risen, and one model of Lexus in the Iranian market has become 200 million tomans more expensive in one day.

Etela’at newspaper also reported that the prices of domestically produced cars have increased between 2 to 15 million tomans on Monday, 17th of Mehr.

On the other hand, the head of the Gold and Jewelry Union has told the Khabar Online website that the price of gold coins in the Iranian market has increased by two and a half million tomans since Saturday and has exceeded the 30 million tomans mark.

Furthermore, the exchange rate of the dollar in the free market of Iran, which had surpassed 52,000 tomans on Monday, reached over 53,000 tomans around noon on Tuesday.
