Decrease in Russia’s trade with Europe

The European Statistics Office announced that Russia’s share in the European Union’s exports decreased from 4% to 2% from February to December 2022.

The share of imports also decreased from 52% to 43% during the same period.

The European Statistics Office also reported that Europe’s trade deficit with Russia reached 182 billion euros (193 billion dollars) in March to December 2022, and decreased to 6 billion euros in December last year.
