The youth housing loan has reached 4 billion tomans.

The head of Bank Maskan announced that the ceiling for youth housing facilities for the initiators in 1402 (Solar Hijri calendar) is 16 billion rials in provincial centers and cities with a population of over 200,000, 14 billion rials in other areas. After 15 years, the ceiling for these facilities will be 40 billion rials in Tehran, 34 billion rials in provincial centers and cities with a population of over 200,000, and 28 billion rials in other areas.

The minimum amount to open a youth housing savings account in all geographical areas of the country is 8 million rials. If depositors want to benefit from the facilities ceiling, they must deposit higher amounts according to the existing guidelines.
