Reduction in foreign trips during Nowruz due to currency exchange rates

Travel agencies in Iran have stated that the number of foreign trips during Nowruz 1402 has decreased due to the increase in exchange rates.

ISNA news agency reports that the demand for foreign trips has even decreased compared to Nowruz 1401.

The owners of these travel agencies say that with the significant increase in currency exchange rates, traveling in general and especially foreign trips have lost their justification for most people.

This report states that despite the recent earthquake, Turkey is considered one of the most popular destinations for Iranian foreign trips during Nowruz 1402.

Travel agencies say that the situation for domestic trips is not very satisfactory either.
