12 people were detained in Garmsar for fasting on the 13th of Badr.

Vahid Mohammadi, the prosecutor of Garmsar, announced the detention of 12 individuals for fasting on the 13th of Badr, stating that these citizens were arrested for fasting violations and disrespecting the customs of fasting during the holy month of Ramadan, as part of the crackdown on norm violators.

According to him, the implementation of this plan on the nature day of the 13th of Badr involved inspections of recreational areas and gardens, and legal cases have been filed for the 12 detainees.

Mr. Mohammadi mentioned that on the 15th of Farvardin, a group of norm violators in Molaam were detained for consuming alcoholic beverages, and some of their motorcycles were also confiscated.

The simultaneous occurrence of Ramadan and the mourning nights of Shiites with the days of Norouz has posed a challenge for the Islamic Republic.
