New Record for Gold Coin and Dollar Prices in Iran
On the first day after the Nowruz holidays, the price of the Imam Khomeini gold coin crossed the 42 million tomans mark, and the dollar price also set a new record by surpassing 63,000 tomans.
According to Donya-e-Eqtesad, the housing prices in Tehran have increased on average from 66 million tomans per square meter to 84 million tomans per square meter, and the vice president of the National Association of Real Estate Consultants also announced an increase in rent prices in the near future.
