A 20-year-old individual with 153 vacant houses in tax tour

A 20-year-old individual with 153 vacant houses is under tax investigation.

The director of the auditing office of the Tax Organization stated that five banks have the highest number of vacant houses, and their status is being followed up by the Tax Organization.

Shahin Mostofi stated in an interview that Bank Maskan has 8,000 vacant houses, Bank Sepah has 2,600 vacant houses, Bank Mellat has 583 vacant houses, Bank Saderat has 278 vacant houses, and Bank Pasargad has 181 vacant houses, which are the highest number of vacant houses among the banks.

The director of the auditing office of the Tax Organization also announced that Iran Insurance has 178 vacant residential units.

He added that a 20-year-old individual with 153 vacant houses has been identified, and the source of their income needs to be determined. The individual’s income tax is also being followed up through the Tax Organization’s systems.
