America is concerned about the increase in Turkey's exports to Russia

The United States is concerned about the increase in Turkey’s exports to Russia.

Bloomberg news website reports that the United States has told the United Arab Emirates and Turkey that their economic and financial relations with Russia are hindering efforts to contain Russia’s attack on Ukraine.

According to informed sources, Brian Nelson, Assistant Secretary for Terrorism and Financial Intelligence at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, met with Turkish officials on Friday and Saturday to discuss U.S. concerns about the increase in Turkey’s exports, including American goods, to Russia.

U.S. officials told Turkey to restrict the flow of goods to Russia.
