Astronomical prices of housing in northern Tehran
Based on advertisements published on social media, housing prices in northern Tehran have reached over one billion tomans per square meter in some areas.
In this regard, the report of the Khabaronline website, published on Friday, February 26th, tells the story that the full rent price of a 200 square meter house in Elahieh neighborhood in Tehran has reached four billion tomans.
Furthermore, on social networks, images of advertisements for 470 square meter houses in Zafaranieh neighborhood in Tehran have been published with a price of 650 billion tomans, which means over one billion and 300 million tomans per square meter.
