Chamran's reaction to levying fees on graves is not fees, it's the cost of services

Chamran’s reaction to charging fees for graves is not a fee, it is the cost of services.

The head of the Islamic City Council of Tehran stated that what has been raised regarding Behesht Zahra is not a fee, but the cost of services. The Ministry of Interior has announced this cost for the whole country, and Behesht Zahra is one of the cases that receives the cost of services, which is collected at the time of burial.

He emphasized that this amount is not a fee and is related to pre-burial expenses, and after that, it depends on whether they want to avail the services or not.
