Economic Proposals of the Minister of Economy to the Syrian Counterpart

Seyed Ehsan Khandozi, the Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance, met and discussed with Samer Khalil, the Minister of Economy and Trade of Syria, and Mohammad Ehsan Harouzne, the Governor of the Central Bank of this country, yesterday at noon.

In this meeting, the Minister of Economy emphasized the necessity of enhancing economic relations and presented the following proposals to the Syrian side:

Resolving currency issues through the deposit of the central banks of the two countries and the creation of a joint trade and investment company.
