Homayri's report on the expensiveness of traveling in Iran, traveling to Turkey is cheaper than domestic travels

A report by Hamshahri newspaper highlights the high cost of domestic travel in Iran, stating that traveling to Turkey is cheaper than domestic trips.

Hamshahri newspaper has published a field report on the high costs of domestic travel in Iran, estimating that in many cases, traveling to Turkey is more cost-effective for families. The report mentions that a three-night, four-day trip to cities like Mashhad, Shiraz, or cities in Hormozgan province for a family of four could cost up to 40 million Tomans. According to the report, the cost of a four-day domestic trip, including transportation, accommodation, and food, ranges from 7 to 10 million Tomans, and this cost increases to up to 20 million Tomans for trips to southern cities during peak travel times. For example, the estimated price for a tour to Qeshm ranges from 10 to 15 million Tomans, and the price for a tour to Kish from Tehran in mid-February is estimated to be around 7.9 million Tomans, which can go up to 21 million Tomans. The report also states that the cost of a three-night, four-day trip to Istanbul with a three-star hotel and flight is around 10 million Tomans. A tour to Batumi, Georgia, with a five-star hotel and breakfast and dinner in winter is estimated to range from 8 to 10 million Tomans.
