The intensity of inflation in the housing market until the end of the year
Hassan Mohtasham, a member of the board of directors of the Tehran Province Builders Association, says that the country’s economy has become so sick and unfortunate that predicting prices in the housing market is very difficult. However, it seems that due to the government’s economic policies, housing prices will face new inflation by the end of the year.
In recent months, the government has been trying to stabilize the price of gold coins by offering quarter coins in the commodity exchange. Unfortunately, it has not been able to break the market price of gold coins and in some cases has contributed to the rise in the price of quarter coins in the free market.
Following this failure, there is a high probability of capital shifting from the coin market to the housing market. However, the green light for people to enter this market has not yet been given. Overall, it may be that people have the money, but inflation in house prices is outpacing people’s capital.
