Iran Standard Organization has suspended the X55 Pro numbering until further notice. The National Standard Organization of Iran has announced that due to technical flaws in some X55 Pro model cars produced by Modiran Khodro Company, the numbering of these cars will be stopped until further notice.
According to the announcement of the National Standard Organization of Iran, Mehdi Angooraj, the Director of the Compliance Assessment Office for Transportation and Machinery Industries of the National Standard Organization of Iran, stated in a letter to the Traffic Police that based on technical inspections and in accordance with the provisions of Iranian National Standard No. 6924 regarding the existence of critical safety defects, it is essential to suspend the numbering of the mentioned vehicle type while its certification validity is suspended.
It is worth mentioning that a few days ago, a video circulated on social media showing the moment an X55 Pro car’s axle broke and overturned on the Kashan-Qom highway, which has sparked a lot of reactions.
