The rental price of luxury houses in northern Tehran is one billion Tomans for the deposit and 300 million Tomans for the monthly rent.
ILNA news agency has published a report on the increase in house rent in northern Tehran, stating that in order to rent a fully equipped house in areas like Farmanieh, Elahieh, Velenjak, Aghdasiyeh, and Niavaran, one must pay over one billion Tomans as a deposit or upfront payment, in addition to a monthly rent ranging from 800 million to over 300 million Tomans.
ILNA news agency has published a table of house size, number of rooms, and square footage in different areas of Tehran, stating that in the second half of this year, there has been an increase in housing prices in Tehran.
According to this report, the over 40% increase in the dollar exchange rate in just two months out of the five months of the second half of the year has led to the growth of housing prices. According to a member of the Tehran Real Estate Consultants Association, housing prices follow the daily dollar rate, and it is one of the important factors in determining the rental price of properties.
