The Prime Minister should be accountable for inflation

The Minister of Economy should be accountable for the high prices.

Shahbaz Hassanpour, the Deputy Head of the Parliamentary Economic Commission, stated that none of the systems launched by the Ministry of Economy under the names of Integrated System, Comprehensive Trade System, or Optimization System have been effectively implemented. The main cause of high prices is the incompetence and lack of supervision of the Ministry of Economy. Members of the parliament are most dissatisfied with the chaotic and disorganized situation of high prices. For example, according to the resolution of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, car imports were supposed to be carried out in the month of Farvardin this year, but now in the month of Esfand, only a limited number of cars have been imported. Instead of distributing them quickly, this ministry has plans for registration and lottery for imported cars.
